How We Work

Have you got a project you’d like us to do?

Project Brief

We will request a few basic details to give you an initial idea of cost and timescale.

Home Visit

We will arrange to visit at a time that suits you best, to measure up and discuss your project requirements in more detail.

Quote

We will then produce a formal quote for your project.

Design

If you’d like to proceed with the quote we will then produce a visual of the project for you to take a look at. At this stage we will also request a deposit.

Build

We will begin making your furniture in our workshop, at this time (usually around 8 weeks before installation) we will request a further instalment to be paid whilst confirming the exact installation date.

Installation

We come to install your furniture! This can be done in as little as a day for a small wardrobe or longer for more involved projects. When the job is complete and you are happy we will ask for the final payment.
